Thanks for taking the time to visit the IAM web-page. We're assuming you're here because you're wondering what IAM is? In very simple terms, IAM is a belief that Integrity Always Matters.
We believe that there are certain values that should always be upheld regardless of the cost to us personally or corporately. The intrinsic value and dignity of every man, woman and child should be held in higher regard than undertaking business transactions at any cost.
IAM is a network of individuals, groups, businesses and organisations that hold to this simple belief and are working together to explore how our society can change when individuals re-focus their words, actions and commitments in the context of integrity and truth.

IAM - in context
Every day we make decisions based on our moral, ethical and social value systems. Even in a society where we have democratically elected governments, there is scope for significant variance in the opinions of individuals, as to what consitutes right and ethical conduct in our personal and working lives.
As a society we place a high value on the strength and diversity of being an individual, with unique talents and skills, yet every day we can experience pressure to conform to externally formed ethics that may lead us to compromise our personal integrity. We all make decisions about what is important in our lives. What do we want to achieve in our lifetime? What would we be willing to sacrifice in order to achieve our goals?
The answer to these questions is pivotal in who we are as individuals; the answers reflect our belief systems. We can't seperate the person that we are in the work place, from the person we are when we go home. IAM was founded on that truth - that who we are on the inside will be reflected in our actions. Corporate integrity is only possible when every person within an organisation is a model of personal integrity.
IAM - just like you
IAM is for you, if you believe that it's possible for nations to be changed through the actions of individuals that believe in integrity and truth. Sometimes this means making hard decisions; we're up for that.
IAM - a network
IAM is a network of the exploration of making life better for everyone. Through putting integrity and truth first, we believe our network will grow as third parties see trust increasing between our members and information freely flowing.
Our partners in this call to change, will be listed at the end of this page in the coming weeks and months. Every one is committed to affecting change in their organisations in addition to those networked to them.
IAM - of intrinsic value
As the shape of IAM develops and our network is still growing, there is no cost associated with joining us at the moment. We're just glad to know people that feel the same way as us. At some point we may have to introduce a small membership fee to cover administrative costs, but we will let the network know as and when that time comes. Rest assured, we'll never let money come before people. Your fellowship on this journey is more important.
